LH Hormone Urine Test reagent is exposed to urine, allowing urine to migrate through the absorbent test strip. The labeled antibody- dye conjugate binds to the LH in the specimen forming an antibody- antigen complex. This complex binds to the anti- LH antibody in the test region ( T) and produces a red line when LH concentration is equal to or greater than 25 mIU/ ml. In the absence of LH, there is no line in the test region (T). The reaction mixture continues flowing through the absorbent strip past the test region ( T) and control region (C). Unbound conjugate binds to the reagents in the control region ( C) producing a red line, demonstrating that the test strip is functioning correctly.

FAQ
Q:What is the LH hormone test in urine?
A: The test detects a rise in luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine. A rise in this hormone signals the ovary to release the egg. This at-home test is often used by women to help predict when an egg release is likely.
Q: What does an LH test test for?
A: LH testing is often used to help evaluate problems with sperm count. Help to check for menstrual problems, such as irregular or absent menstrual periods (amenorrhea). This can help see if you have started to go through menopause. Find out if a child is going through early puberty (also called precocious puberty).
Q: Is it better to have high or low LH?
A:A high or low LH level isn't simply good or bad. For instance, a surge in your LH can show that you're about to ovulate. You're most likely to become pregnant at this time. This information that LH provides about your fertility is helpful if you're trying to have a baby.
Q: When to take LH urine test?
A: The best time to take an ovulation test is with the second morning urine – roughly between 10 am and noon. The ovulation predictor test looks for a hormone called LH or luteinizing hormone in your urine. LH hormone surges 24 to 36 hours before you ovulate.
Q: What are normal LH levels in urine?
A:
