Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
A: We are manufacturer.
Q: Where is you factory located? How many square meters of your factory? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's 1,000-3,000 square meters. It's about 1 hour by train from Shanghai. All our clients, from home and abroad, are warmly welcome!
Q: When can I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time.
For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with Skype, TradeManger or QQ or WhatsApp or other instant ways, in case of any delays.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could provide the sample for you. However, the cost can be reduced in our later orders once we have our business cooperation.
Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 6-8 days.
Q: How does your factory control product quality?
A: 1) We strictly follow the ISO:13485 QMS.
R&D team devote to the technology development.
2) 100% QC inspection before shipment.
3) Skillful workers care every detail in handling the production and package processes.
Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q: Which certificate do you have?
A: EN ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System Certificate, CE Certificate by TÜV SÜD and so on.
Q: Do you offer OEM service and can you produce our drawings?
A: Yes. We offer OEM service. We accept custom design and we have a professional design team who can design products based on your requirements. And we can develop new products according to your samples or drawing.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We are usually in cooperation with FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS express.
Q: Which payment form you can accept?
A: T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
