REAGENT PREPARATION AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

All reagents are ready to use as supplied. Store unused test strips unopened at 2°C-30°C. If stored

at 2°C-8°C, ensure that the test is brought to room temperature before opening. The test is stable

through the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. Do not freeze the kit or expose the kit

over 30°C.

1. What does the Dengue NS1 Rapid Test detect?

It qualitatively detects Dengue NS1 antigen in human whole blood, serum, or plasma.

2. What specimen types can be used?

The test supports whole blood, serum, and plasma specimens.

3. How many tests are included in one box?

Each box contains 25 tests.

4. How long does the test take?

The result should be read at 15 minutes. Positive results may become visible as early as 1 minute. Results should not be interpreted after 30 minutes.

5. Does the test require an analyzer?

No. The test is a lateral flow rapid test designed for visual interpretation, so no dedicated analyzer is required.

6. How should the test be stored?

Store unopened test devices at 2°C–30°C. Do not freeze the kit or expose it to temperatures above 30°C.
