THC Rapid Test colloidal gold rapid test kit is specifically designed for urine samples and can qualitatively detect tetrahydrocannabinol acid (THC-COOH) in human urine, with a detection threshold accurately set at 50 ng/mL. The product does not require specialized laboratory equipment; the test can be completed in three simple steps, with easy operation and no professional training needed. The kit is suitable for various scenarios, including workplace pre-employment screening, community drug rehabilitation monitoring, or regular testing of personnel in high-risk industries. It can be stored in a sealed, dry environment at 2–30°C, with a long shelf life of up to 12 months, and can be used immediately after opening without affecting accuracy. Validated with 150 negative urine samples, it has a 100% compliance rate and shows no cross-reactivity with common substances such as acetaminophen or caffeine, effectively avoiding false-positive interference.

SPECIMEN COLLECTION AND PREPARATION
Urine Assay
The urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container. Urine collected at any time of
the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible precipitates should be centrifuged,
filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain a clear supernatant for testing.
Specimen Storage
Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to testing. For prolonged storage,
specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to equilibrate to room temperature (15‐30°C) prior to testing.
Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S).
Wait for the red line(C) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

FAQ
Q: What does a THC drug test test for?
A: This is a two-part urine test to look for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the active ingredient in marijuana. The test can find out if THC or related chemicals from marijuana called metabolites are in your urine. The test is considered quite accurate.
Q: What kind of drug is THC?
A: Cannabis refers to the dried leaves, flowers, stems, and seeds of the cannabis plant. The plant has many different chemical compounds, including tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which has intoxicating-mind altering-effects. Cannabis products with THC can cause changes in mood, thoughts, and perceptions of reality.
Q: Will THC trigger a drug test?
A: Legal risks and considerations
THCP is structurally similar to delta-9 THC and may trigger a positive result on standard drug tests that detect THC metabolites. Driving under the influence of THCP is prohibited in every U.S. state, regardless of its source.
Q: What is considered high THC?
A: A high-THC item exceeds the average 15% THC content of most cannabis products. More than 25% THC would be classified as very high THC, and extracts may contain 50% or even as high as 90% THC.
Q: Does positive mean definite marijuana use?
A: Possibly, but false positives may occur if taking hemp-containing drugs (e.g., some health products) recently; lab re-test is recommended.
Q: What falls under THC?
A: Cannabis (THC) is a cannabinoid. Cannabinoids include any drug that acts on the cannabinoid receptors in the body's endocannabinoid system, and any natural or synthetic (lab produced) drug that is made from, or related to, the cannabis plant.
Q:What tests can detect THC?
A: Marijuana testing is most often performed using a urine sample, but may also use samples of blood, saliva, or hair. Testing for marijuana use may be considered for a variety of purposes, including medical screening and employment testing.
